Not only was our server kind, his recommendations were exceptional. Both the rooster and mascarpone crepes were delicious. If you don’t particularly like overpowering flavors the rooster hits the savory side perfectly! The hot chocolate was extremely creamy due to the heavy creme and was perfect on a cold winters day!

My absolute favorite place. The food is amazing, fresh and plated beautifully. The croissant are to die for, but tbh I've never had something I didn't like. The lattes are gorgeous too. 11/10

The food was really good. The place is busy though so parking was a bit of a situation. We tried breakfast items, but also picked up a croissant and a couple slices of cake from the bakery. The croissant was flaky, buttery, and perfectly cooked. The cakes were very sweet but not overwhelming, and the breakfast food was perfectly cooked. I only dinged the service score because they lost our ticket at one point, but they did remedy it by covering our drinks (just coffees).

UPDATE: NOT CASH ONLY ANYMORE. YOU CAN NOW PAY WITH CARDS! This place is a gem and a testament to traditional methods and good ingredients. Everything I've had is good. The kouign aman pastry is a top pick. Pro-tip: order a side of potatoes with hollandaise.

This place has been a Fort Collins staple for quite a while. Once they moved from Old Town to a place with a parking lot, access became much easier. They could definitely fill a larger space, but this location is cozy and lively. Bring cash! Be careful in the parking lot, as it is often crazy. The people -especially at the bakery- are amazing. The baguettes don’t come out until 9:00, but so worth the wait. Savory or sweet breakfast selections are easy to pick up and carry out, or get seated for a larger menu. Specialty cakes can be ordered easily. This place feels like a tiny hunk of Paris, right here in Colorado.
